Current Employee Challenging environment to sell in. Competition all over the place (We don't lose to a competitor often. Deals will stall/ budget is recalled for the next quarter or year is the main enemy we face.) Leadership is solid with some of the new face we've seen join over the last 6 months, and they have a refreshing attitude toward the market and our potential. Base pay and quota could use work in a comfortable environment with stability but with that comes a lesh cushy base salary and quota structure. 50-50% split for both managers and AEs with no base salary adjustments/ increases since I began here 4 years ago. "sell more to make more" mentality. Still, it isn't easy when my salary stays the same year after year, and I make less on a deal each year when the quota is raised. The commission rate decreases when the quota number increases. I've been in the same financial situation for 4 years in a row. Year-end w2 has not budged by more than 10k over the last 4 years with increased quota and no merit increases. Browse Other Reviews
