Current Employee SailPoint is a great Company and has amazing products. If you get the right territory at the right time, you can have a good year. If not, its hard to hit your number because of the small number of accounts in each territory.
OTE is lower than similar Companies with similar roles, but the comp plan is very generous for AE's exceeding 110%.
