I really enjoyed my role as a Sales Ops Specialist, but the pay was not enough for the amount of work I did. I wouldn't be able to get to a comfortable pay level likely for another 2 roles, making me feel like I had to jump for a decent pay bump. They also stopped allowing level skips when moving internally, causing a move from sales to sales ops to be a large pay cut.

My experience was fine. They are basically creating a boiler room for SMB. Little growth opportunity.
