In office no questions asked 8:30-5pm every single day. You MIGHT get to work from home if you hit a spiff or something...but don't count it. VERY micromanagey. Everything you learn in the two week training, is not applicable to what you actually do in the role. No good leads. Success is all based on your account list. If it's shit, you'll get PIP'd fast.

Internal politics and favoritism of accounts/territory has gotten worse. 1-2 reps on each team crush, the rest are at 50% of their number, and no one internally wants to listen or help.

Salesforce has an incredible product, great support system for pre and post sales but leadership above my manager led with fear of your job and micromanaged constantly. Was not a positive experience there which is why I ultimately walked away.
