Current Employee3.6Apr 8, 2025Inconsistent and hard to predict based on territory, product and leadership.
Former Employee4.3Jan 31, 2024I enjoyed my time at Salesforce. Just not the team that I rolled up to. Fortunately, that mess has been cleaned up, and for the most part, leadership is generally pretty solid. I just hit a rough patch myself.

Current Employee3.6May 31, 2025My experience at this sales organization has been one of both challenge and growth. One of the most notable changes since the last cycle is the increase in the number of team members hitting quota, which rose to 50%. This improvement reflects a stronger alignment in strategy, better onboarding/training practices, and a more focused approach to pipeline development.

Current Employee4.4Feb 5, 2025Salesforce is in a saturated market, and not everyone is given the tools and territory to sell the Shiny New Thing of the quarter. That said, if you're able to make it work, the environment, the upward mobility, and the company support are all top notch.
