I was very happy at Salesforce until this fiscal year when they changed our comp plan. AEs are now financially responsible for any license attrition across our patch. This means, if a customer does not renew or they drop licenses, that value is a negative on your quota attainment and commissions. You will not get any commission, on any sale until you sell out of that...Read More
