If you plan to come in and climb ladder few years or less, think again. Internal promotions take years. They cheer on boomerang behaviors.

My experience overall is good with Salesforce, but it seems that the golden days are over. Comp plans are becoming increasingly less-competitive with cuts on many different aspects that AEs used to get paid on. There is also a lot of internal restructuring in which AEs are kept in the dark. Still a fantastic place to learn and great product fit, albeit too overpriced...Read More

Incredible work life balance, rather patient but not a ton of support to get up to speed, it's sink or swim. Expectations change rapidly. However the company treats employees really well.

Ohana cult gets an unbelievable amount of buy-in considering how poor the compensation is compared to competitors especially when business is good - they'll leave you with 25% of your previous year's territory accounts and still expect +30% YoY growth
