While Sales and Service are still relevant I feel our Company Vision with agentforce is not ideal for the current market. Salesforce is undergoing a big Transition I‘m not sure if it will be successful

Good place to build the foundation of your Sales Career, Territories are a mess and Compensation Structure is very complex so that you have to hit multiple things to get normal compensation. If you just do 40-70% of your quota you will be punished with a 0.6 Multiplier on your earnings.
