Former Employee Salesforce can be an incredible place to stop along in your career. The people and pay (including benefits) were the biggest perks for me. Your manager and director will impact you the most so make sure they are a solid tandem. To stay and make a career there you will have to play some corporate politics and perform consistently. They have incredible facilities around the world with great brand strength. However, as a seller, it can be difficult to stay on the same page as product and marketing efforts as the priorities of the company change constantly. Often linked to the labor of stock price management. The show goes on at Salesforce.
