Specialist roles all got changed and territories increased. Territory doubled but quota tripled. #1 rep this year is still only 50% to target. WILD

Territories are lean, feast or famine, it takes at least a couple of years to get it...when you do you don't want to leave and then get promoted to first line leadership. Overall it's worth joining the company but you need to be prepared for the mental grind.
