Quota skyrocketed this year. No one is hitting it. Core Reps over hired and quota went down. Smler territories make it harder to hit target. Specialist roles all got changed and territories increased. Territory doubled but quota tripled. #1 rep this year is still only 50% to target. WILD

Great benefits, horrible sales culture. Quotas and expectations are top-down driven. Upper leadership is very disconnected from reality. Reps are told to create deals that show they will meet quota, you will spend more time updating your CRM than you will with customers.
