As a BDR you have the opportunity to understand how such a large company works, for experienced sales people it is a completely wrong position. The experience itself is interesting.

Salesforce is a bit of a cult. They get you drink the Koolaid hard. Now that they sales are struggling there is SOOO much micromanagement and focus on irrelevant KPIs just so that your manager can manage up. This year, we lost BDRs in SMB. SDR meetings have declined, making inbound lead flow basically non-existent.

Medium, it could be worse and could be a lot better. Salesforce has decreased in terms of employee satisfaction over the past 2-3 years. Most colleagues complain, it’s not as exciting anymore.
