I do not want to give Salesforce a bad rating, it's really a great place to work for the most part. I just happen to be part of team that has lacking and lazy leadership and in my opinion unreasonable quotas to reach month over month.

My biggest advice is to look heavily into the leadership at Salesforce for your specific role. In a company of over 75000 employees I have vetted exactly where I want to go by looking at the leadership in correlation to my skill set.
