Current Employee Working in the specialist role can be frustrating if you're aligned to a core rep. I find many core reps don't know how to work multiple deals on a account and therefore may block you or not introduce you to deals that they also get paid on. It's hard breaking into current accounts without the support of the core reps. It makes your job almost impossible to sell unless you prove yourself to the core reps.
