The performance culture emphasis is depleting the culture. There is potential to make a lot of money, but it’s very much dependent on your territory. Having a good manager will make/break the experience.

I loved working at Salesforce prior to the last 8 months. The culture significantly shifted after activist investor pursuits and aggressive layoffs. This is why I made the move to Adobe.

Salesforce is overall a great company to work for. The employee experience really depends on the team/manager you work for.
