Good earning potential. Culture shifted from Ohana and performance, to only performance. Leadership only care about hitting numbers, at the expense of the customer. Excellent support to win deals with the SF bus. Lots of time on internal processes, reporting and enablement.

Not a terrible experience per se. The market is tough. The combination of a tight economy and AI disruption is creating a lot of unknowns. Skeptical buyers and brand new unproven products do not result in an easy sell. There is optimism but it is too early to rely on tried and true predictable outcomes.
