Former Employee Great company. Bad timing. I was hired towards the end of the pandemic when large companies started hiring freezes and layoffs. This made it tough to do the job as a front line leader. Additionally, when I approached them about some mental health challenges I was having I felt like my manager wasn't equipped to handle the conversation and get me the supported I needed.
I will say their training is amazing (sometimes overloading) and the people there are great. Their benefits package is also one of the best I have seen in any industry.
