Good overall company to work for. They treat employees well and the culture is great. Be prepared to work extensively co-selling with other AEs, which comes with challenges in regards to different priorities and goals. Your experience will vary greatly based on OU and product focus.

Leadership made a huge difference at Salesforce. My hiring manager who I worked for 6 months was great! Tough but a true leader. He was promoted and I got stuck with a first time people manager that was terrible. He doesn't want to lead, he focused on micromanaging and making sure he got all the credit when a deal closed. Leadership makes sure to remind reps their job is at risk and they are on the verge of a PIP after 1 bad month or quarter. Don't be mistaken, you ARE a number at Salesforce, not a person.
