Leadership made a huge difference at Salesforce. My hiring manager who I worked for 6 months was great! Tough but a true leader. He was promoted and I got stuck with a first time people manager that was terrible. He doesn't want to lead, he focused on micromanaging and making sure he got all the credit when a deal closed. He is the definition of "Corporate Bro" and only hired white males for his team. What's alarming is that leadership turned a blind eye to his actions and HR didn't do very much either. It was a terrible experience.

Overall experience is mixed. Base, OTE and overall incentives met expectations. Generally, co-workers are extremely smart and work well together for the greater good of the team.
