Culture sucks. It’s George Orwell double speak, everyone “loves being part of the culture and part of the Ohana family” when you speak in the office but story is completely different when you have a real conversation with pretty much anyone at The Drift (the local bar next door to the Tower.) Its an absolute steep learning curve - from the product, navigating the business and understanding how it all works. It's definitely a pressure cooker environment and if you're able to survive it; kudos!
