There are so many more options on the market now that offer the same if not more solutions, most of the time for a better price so it is difficult to sometimes justify upselling and trading on SF's name alone.

I loved working here for my first 2 years but in the last 18 months the culture has slowly changed for the worst. Great leaders have been replaced by yes men obsessed with boxticking, the strategy is completely scattergun and now there is an atmosphere of fear. Great company in the past. Becoming more complex as product lines just add up and don't necessarily make sense both for customers and internally. Currently changing all leaders with ex-consultant profiles so losing the enterprise sales vibe it used to have
