Current Employee3.3Nov 29, 2023My overall experience is that Salesforce is a good company but in the midst of a power struggle. After embracing WFH, we are now required to be in 4 days minimum. We have had 3 price hikes in the last calendar year, and we've had a ton of leadership leave. I love Salesforce but definitel.y is scary right now.

Current Employee3.7Feb 14, 2024A big company these days Internal processes and support are at an all time low, quotas are big and harder to hit. Great product fit and branding awareness in the market. Still have the potential to have great earnings if the stars align.

Former Employee2.6Jan 16, 2025In office no questions asked 8:30-5pm every single day. You MIGHT get to work from home if you hit a spiff or something...but don't count it. VERY micromanagey. Everything you learn in the two week training, is not applicable to what you actually do in the role. No good leads. Success is all based on your account list. If it's shit, you'll get PIP'd fast.
