Agentforce is not ready and they are recruiting you for that. They also give you a fixed patch that have oversold accounts with unrealistic quotas.

Average attainment in GRB is horrific. Couple people will crush it based on a couple huge accounts that shouldn’t be aligned to SMB, everyone else will starve. If you don’t play the game and don’t hit targets you'll be gone in 2 quarters.
