Former Employee My overall opinion of Salesforce changed over the nearly 2 years that I was there. During the first six months, I would’ve rated everything in the four through five star range. During the course of the remaining year, those values change significantly. It is very much leader dependent. The training during my onboarding was self-guided, without direction, and incomplete. This is the opinion of a former corporate sales trainer.
The emphasis on pipe generation is primarily fueled by the need for optics.
