My overall experience started great, with an awesome culture and leadership team. They restructured at the start of the year, unfortunately, and now it is a deeply micromanaged working environment where leadership only really cares about whose showing up on the dashboard for activity. They also are returning to office 4-5 days a week and have very little for upward trajectory with all of the different positions that they have.
