The current leadership is great and manages the business realistic. The culture is a culture of winners and performing. On the downside, the market for it core products is quite saturated hence it make it difficult to hit your target with big new logo deals.

BDR role is extremely challenging, from what I've heard most people do not hit quota without 'freebies' from their AEs. Before taking a role in Salesforce make sure you reach out to someone in that role to see how the market is doing! Your success relies heavily on what territory/ patch you are given.
