It’s an ok place to work with very vague goals and KPIs. Leadership has become micro managing as we continue to receive pressure from outside investors and the general vibe of the company is everyone is afraid of being put on a PIP or waking up to layoffs one day. High stress low reward environment

Good. Territory sizes are shrinking. But the brand name is still great, and company culture is relatively good compared to most sales orgs
