Current Employee The quotas in “strat”/large enterprise are demoralizing for “core” reps. You’re carrying the largest revenue numbers for the company and they’ve made it harder to make any real money. You may be better off being a co-prime or going down market. I’ve brought in more revenue each year, made less money each year and see my co-primes go to club and make more money on the deals that I’ve led.
