Salesforce is a very political company where the relationship with your manager, your peers and AE matters a lot. The main KPI the managers look after are : the number of call connects, the number and size of your stage 2 opportunities.

Benefits (paternity leave in particular, 6 months regardless of gender) are fantastic. The culture on a micro (team) level is usually great. Above that, second line leadership is out of touch.
