Positive experience overall. I would say that my colleagues were fantastic and the development training helped me be the sales rep I am today. However, there was a lot of external hiring to hit certain growth metrics which meant other reps were passed over for promotions. This lead to bad culture and many reps leaving the organization with a bad taste in their mouth.

Pros: very strong incentive comp plan with tons of opportunities to make commission. Incredibly talented peers who are willing to collaborate and help. Abundant resources. Direct access to C-Suite. Cons: Horrendous culture and low base salary

Comp plan increase by 60% YoY, with some products decreasing in ACV recognition (eg. Data Cloud 50% out of 100% sold, Third Party Messages from 50% to 25% out of 100% sold) - really really unfair
