Former Employee Positive experience overall. I would say that my colleagues were fantastic and the development training helped me be the sales rep I am today. However, there was a lot of external hiring to hit certain growth metrics which meant other reps were passed over for promotions. This lead to bad culture and many reps leaving the organization with a bad taste in their mouth.
