Former Employee Great company to work for! Excellent people and Ohana culture, vibrant offices, fun team activities, clear paths to promotion and learning support. However, recent challenges with restructuring changed direction in company values; due to all acquisitions, resulting in over hiring, e.g too many sellers, leading to inefficient territory and company set up, fostering new slightly more panic culture involving more micro management, much more forecasting and unreasonable performance metrics to accelerate restructuring.
