Current employee coming up on 6 months. Good experience so far with coming into a high performing team with great leadership and morale overall. All situations are not created equal however as some of my cohorts I started with on different teams haven’t had the same fortunes. Money can definitely be made here especially within HLS. Still TBD on Agentforce but that’s where the company is placing its bets and there are customers that are buying into agentic business model and willing to be early adopters. Comp plan is attainable with several members on my team exceeding quota on a monthly basis and I’m starting to ramp up myself. No complaints at the moment.

Overall it is decent but there are competitors in the space who make significantly more. Salesforce needs to start to innovate better, there are a lot of competitors and Microsoft is doing well these days.
