The leadership at that time was not good, new managers without experience. Overtime many AE left the company due to frustration for the market. Not enough BDRs, 1 BDR for 3-4 AE in new territories green field.

You work with kind, talented people, and you're selling a product/brand that's well-known. They try to make culture fun, and it mostly is. It's all luck of the draw for most people when it comes to territories, and if you don't have a good one it's tough. Majority of people don't hit their annual quota, and leadership only pays attention to the AE's who work big...Read More

Great place to work. Work life balance is incredible, leadership is amazing but there seems to be a lack of Reps hitting quota and therefore not getting close to there OTE.
