The product is not adapted to market requirements. Dashcams are not GDPR-compliant, and the vehicle gateway does not properly collect drivers’ hours of service from tachograph data, causing numerous post-sales issues. The associated features are not aligned with current rules and regulations and are completely outdated. While the US-based features align with their own market’s requirements, management prefers to ignore these problems, leaving AEs to handle challenging customer conversations. The focus is on cost-cutting, so do not expect a raise or promotion, these are given based on personal connections rather than merit. Mediocre management. As a result, expect customer churn and the need for frequent re-booking.
