Current Employee Low attainment in the commercial org which is not considered when setting new quotas each quarter.
Very few reps overachieving. Low attainment makes overall payout well below OTE for half the reps.
A lot of Account management work in commercial segment- small business get much less support which falls on the AE.
Great product and market fit. Great innovation.
