have to discount to get any deal done, basically an adr that closes. tons of customer complaints that take up lots of your day. toxic environment where people try to ruin your deals. complete cold calling shop that is super transactional

Great product fit and great company being the leader in their space. Better training and support could be provided to help reps ramping feel confident have an accurate idea of their path to quota. Not many reps hit quota but it is doable. They compensate you well - extremely strict and coach you on most calls you make.
