Samsara is great overall. Every company has it's warts, but Samsara strives to improve consistently, and they do a great job of keeping a high bar across all aspects of the business. Leadership is fantastic, theres lots of growth opportunities within the business, and everyones cares about each others success.

Private sector sales works well but is getting tighter and less lucrative. Public Sector is a hot mess. The pipeline is largely fake and teams are constantly missing quota.
