Current Employee2.9Oct 2, 2025I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there that I like. Poor leadership choices, internal teams don’t support anyone except those who’ve been there a long time. Onboarding was the worst I’ve ever seen, and the sales systems are very poor.

Everyone that works in the Enterprise space (in terms of customers) knows of ServiceNow and, more often that not, there is positive sentiment, which makes 'value selling' a lot easier.
