"Oracle Force" is here. ServiceNow is no longer Fred Luddy's company. Gone are the days of culture. Leaders treat their people like shit and middle management is trying to hold on to power, manipulating pipeline reports or falsifying the forecast week over week to stay out of the hot seat. House of cards!
