There has been no consistent executive leadership over the last few years, and territories are get realigned each year. Many AEs have had to start with completely new patches each new FY. The comp plan includes the concept of a "debook" for services that are not renewed (currently there's a cap for each account) which is added to your quota. AEs get penalized for debooks even if it's completely out of their control i.e. new to the territory. ServiceNow has continued to add new verticals, and territories are now not equitable across the organization.
