Best place to sell if you are upmarket. Culture has changed which is to be expected with scale. Strength is in Enterprise (10k employee +), which is extremely competitive to get into but is 2nd to none in saas. "Oracle Force" is here. ServiceNow is no longer Fred Luddy's company. Gone are the days of culture. Leaders treat their people like shit and middle management is trying to hold on to power, manipulating pipeline reports or falsifying the forecast week over week to stay out of the hot seat. House of cards!
