Leadership is great. Huge respect for Tobi Lutke! Brilliant man. Unfortunately a lot get lost in the "translation" when it comes to vision, goals, culture in the transition from Leadership to middle-management.

Poor leadership. Company does not want to pay and reward their reps. Getting harder to hit quota every quarter.
