Product has lost its edge, especially in SMB + MM. There's still business to be won but lots of competition versus other more cost-effective and dynamic, purpose built solutions. Net-new business is very difficult because of this. The company does have strong resources. Lots of organizational scrambling, sales turnover and leadership changes through the acquisition. Almost everyone is missing their number and threatened with PIPs.

Total revamp to quotes coming off the acquisition. Expansion reps now have a retention quota and new biz reps have a logos quota. Product price has decreased yet total bookings quota has increased substantially. Also, doing nothing to account for inherited churn so reps are left holding the bag.
