After a realignment and the fact that they were purchased by a private equity firm things changed but still a great product.

Many managers have not had hands-on selling experience in the past 2/3 years, which has led to a disconnect with the current sales landscape. Some exciting stuff on the product roadmap but mostly our product team has let most of our core offerings fall behind the competition in terms of innovation
