We just went through an acquisition and lost a lot of benefits including our RSUs, unlimited PTO (now it’s 2-3 weeks and it’s accrued even for people who have been here a long time), and now we need to pay around $100/month/person for health insurance. Very few people have hit quota lately. However, the product-market fit is good, there are inbound leads, and quotas are being lowered in some segments. Overall it’s a good company, but the pay is very average, and the acquisition has changed a lot of things for the worse

Great Solution, leadership is very, very poor and promotions are based on who are the favourites. Don't dare offer sensible solutions or options, be prepared for management to step in and discount your deals if you are on leave by 40% after working on it for 6 months without their input.
