Overall my experience has been good, but some managers lack experience in coaching their reps effectively. The culture can be be very tech-bro/corporate-bro type feeling. Turnaround can be high if certain metrics are not met, and there's a lack of empathy (you are just a number). The product itself and upper leadership are fantastic, and everything mentioned is all on a case by case situation or basis.

Snowflake is a great company with strong leadership. Unfortunately, they hired a Sales Enablement leader who isn't a great fit. They wanted to change things up, fine, no problem. But they aren't easy to work with and pretend to be collaborative but in reality just do what they want to do. I've been there for years and I am looking for an exit strategy due to this one...Read More
