Snowflake is a great company with strong leadership. Unfortunately, they hired a Sales Enablement leader who isn't a great fit. They wanted to change things up, fine, no problem. But they aren't easy to work with and pretend to be collaborative but in reality just do what they want to do. I've been there for years and I am looking for an exit strategy due to this one leader. Very toxic. As a whole, Snowflake is great and the training we made is world class.

The product is excellent, customers love it, there's good money to be made if you can find the right leadership and stay away from the politics.
