My overall experience was positive and I am so grateful to have had an opportunity to really develop my understanding of the data and AI space with plenty of learnings and programs set up to help us with relevant messaging. There could've been more specialised support in region ie. Head of Banking/FSI or Head of Retail but in saying that the global teams were very helpful and supportive.

Good product and decent leadership. Similar to other orgs who have been through the same growth, lot of the early in folks are in leadership who might not be the most qualified but the external hires dont know the product well enough.
