Even with new AE's on the team, the compensation model drove action. Improvement with product (LLM), market, and fit beyond the historical Data Warehouse has led to more and more conversations about a single source of truth Data and AI platform. Team killed it this year.

Amazing product to sell and customers have continued to grow/expand their footprint and desire to use Snowflake for more. I can only speak to SMB. But right now a lot of reps are not happy with their pay compared to what other companies are paying for similar roles, and leadership in our market still seems to be figuring out the best way to align overall comp...Read More
