I love Snowflake and the people that work there. I'm a generally positive person and most of the people I've worked with in the last year have become good friends of mine. Success is not elusive here.

My overall experience was bad. The leadership when I first joined from when I departed did a full 180 on culture the culture at the organization is not great there is no work life balance.

Snowflake is a high activity org, not a place to coast. Need to be technically curious - not a wine&dine sales cycle.
