Current Employee2.7Feb 26, 2025Snowflake has changed a lot in the last 3 years. At first targets were low, and still riding explosive growth. UK market went into a recession and management was toxic with no room for growth. Management is better now, and promotion are much better. However, promotion path is much more political now. 100% of quota was from meetings completed. Now it's a 60/40 split...Read More
